SOD series dielectric resonator oscillators (DRO) utilize state-of-the-art planar circuit, three terminal device and dielectric resonator technology to generate high quality microwave signals in the frequency range of 2 to 40 GHz. These oscillators are free running oscillators and the frequency stability is achieved by implementing a high quality dielectric resonator. In addition, the internal voltage regulator further improves the frequency stability by isolate the external bias pushing and modulation. In general, these oscillators are fixed tuned oscillators although small mechanical or optional electrical tuning range may be achieved through a self-locking screw or integrated Varactor diode, respectively.

While the standard models are equipped with SMA(F) or K(F) connector as their RF interface, other connector types, such as waveguide, are available as custom designed models. Futhermore, the models with frequency higher than 40 GHz are offered as custom designs.

SOM series mechanically tuned Gunn oscillators are offered to cover the frequency range of 10 to 140 GHz in ten waveguide bands. These oscillators utilize either GaAs or InP high performance Gunn diodes and combine various cavity configurations and rich design experience to deliver moderate output power at high microwave and millimeterwave frequency spectrum directly. The oscillators are especially designed for low AM/FM noise, low harmonic emission, broader tuning bandwidth and mechanical tuning ability.

While the standard models are equipped with a micrometer for quick frequency tuning and setting as bench top test equipment, custom models with self-locking set screw are available for system integration. The performance of the oscillator can be further enhanced by adding optional integrated isolator, Gunn oscillator modulator/regulator and temperature controlled heater. While the standard interface of the oscillators is waveguide, coaxial interface is available in custom designed models.
SOP series phase locked oscillators (PLO) utilize state-of-the-art planar circuit, three-terminal device and dielectric resonator technology to generate high quality microwave signals directly at lower frequency bands up to 18 GHz.

The frequency multipliers, amplifiers and filters are used to boost the frequency for higher frequency band operations. These oscillators are offered to cover the frequency range from 18 to 110 GHz with either internal or external reference versions. The frequency stability and phase noise are solely reference oscillator depended.

The standard models are equipped with a locking indicator, and the output interface is offered as either coaxial or waveguide.
SOV series varactor tuned Gunn oscillators are offered to cover the frequency range of 10 to 110 GHz in nine waveguide bands. These oscillators utilize either GaAs or InP high performance Gunn and GaAs Varactor diodes and combine various cavity configurations and a rich design experience to deliver moderate output power at high microwave and millimeterwave frequency spectrum directly. The oscillators are especially designed for low AM/FM noise, low harmonic emission, broader tuning bandwidth and electrical tuning ability. In addition, the standard models are equipped with a self-locking set screw for fine frequency setting mechanically.

The performance of the oscillator can be further enhanced by adding an optional integrated isolator, Gunn oscillator regulator and temperature controlled heater. While the standard interface of the oscillators is waveguide, coaxial interface is available in custom designed models.
